Do You Think You Are a Prophet? Volume 2 addresses the twenty most important questions of the middle prophetic years - the questions that arrive when the calling is no longer new and the cost is being paid daily. These are harder questions than those of Volume 1, not because the calling is more severe, but because the prophet asking them knows exactly what they signed up for.
Twenty questions are organized across four stages: The Wilderness and the Silence (ages 26-35), Hearing God in the Middle Years (ages 30-45), Warfare, Darkness, and Opposition (ages 35-50), and Sustaining the Call in the Long Years (ages 45-60). Questions addressed include: 'God has gone silent - did I do something wrong?', 'I gave a prophetic word that did not come to pass - what do I do?', 'There are false prophets with bigger platforms than me - what do I do?', and 'I want to quit - what does Scripture say to that?'
Every answer comes from the Word of God and from the prophets who asked the same questions before the reader - Jeremiah, Elijah, Paul, Habakkuk, and Asaph.
